Teresa Bellini was born in Padua and studied oriental languages at the Ca' Foscari University in Venice. Her passion for the East took her to China, where she lived from the late 1980s to early 1990s.

Returning to Italy, she worked in translation for 20 years while raising two children. Curious and passionate, Teresa enjoys music, reading, traveling and participating in urban agricultural projects.

However, her desire and need to paint was always present, like a constant note playing in the background. Since 2018, he has been attending painting classes with Nicoletta Furlan from Artemisia in Padua.

During the 2020 lockdown, she experienced an intense creative period that prompted her to consider painting as an integral part of her life.

She organized her first solo exhibition in Padua in May 2021.

Over the past year she has taken part in several group exhibitions in Italy and abroad.
