Artist Kristina Khramaya was born in Belarus, Minsk in 1994.

She created works in the period from 2017-2022 under the pseudonym "hromys," since 2022, having learned the history of her last name, she changed the pseudonym to "chroma" - this was how her last name initially sounded until 1939, along her father's line.In the paintings, I raise issues of artistic freedom and an attempt to free art from censorship.
