Juman Daraghmeh is an artist born and raised in Jerusalem.

She says:

"Everyday life here has inspired me and taught me many things.

As a child and teenager, I attended a Christian and mixed school (Jewish, Arabic).

As you can imagine, this taught me a lot as a Muslim.

As an artist, I dedicate most of my work to showing or depicting what my subconscious is trying to tell me, expressing hidden feelings and showing what life is like for an Arab woman living in Jerusalem."
